I love working with my clients to help them through the process of of either buying or selling. I know that real estate is usually one of the biggest investments people make and that they deserve my full attention and a lot of patience to help them through this process. I believe in building relationships with people, try my best to listen to their needs and pride myself on the service that I give to my clients. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992.
In 1989 I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business with an Option in Real Estate and Urban Planning, from California State University, Fresno. I received my Associate Broker's real estate license from California in 1992. After moving to Bellingham I received my Associate Broker's license from the State of Washington in 1996. My license has been with Windermere Real Estate, Whatcom, Inc. since 1996.
I moved to Bellingham from Fresno, California in 1995 with my three young daughters. We were amazed by how much this area has to offer its residents. The opportunities for hiking seem unlimited. Kayaking, salmon fishing, sailing and crabbing are just some of the activities we were introduced to after we relocated. Bellingham has a great inter-urban trail system throughout the city that has been perfect for the long-distance walking I do. The close proximity to the mountains and the water and to both Seattle and Vancouver, B.C., make this a wonderful location in so many ways. After living in a large urban city in California we found Whatcom County to be a perfectly sized community.
